English Village shops are holding a special shopping event on October 14th to celebrate the anniversary of the villages landmark statue, Civitas. Jazz with Civitas will be held from 5 to 8 and Sip and Stroll from 4 to 7. Several shops and restaurants will hold specials and serve refreshments during the event.
