In lieu of the Summer Reading Carnival, this year the O'Neal Library is offering free popsicles to kids through their Summer Reading Kick-Off Drive-Thru. Please remain in your vehicle, and proceed through the drive-thru to receive free Steel City Pops popsicles and your summer reading prize bag.
