It’s that time of year where the herbs at the garden shop tempt us with visions of summer salads and pretty garnishes! Before you get swept away, join volunteers from the Friends of Birmingham Botanical Gardens’ Herb Plant Group who will discuss how to select the right herb plants and what they need to thrive in your garden. The class is part of the Friends’ new Saturdays in The Gardens series, designed to help novice and seasoned gardeners alike hone their skills in a hands-on setting as they explore basic gardening techniques and trends.
