Administrative Assistant

We are hiring an experienced Administrative Assistant to support both project coordination and office operations. This role involves managing job assignments, preparing permits and submittals, handling invoicing and pay applications, and coordinating with subcontractors and vendors. Additional responsibilities include answering calls, planning meetings, preparing reports, managing office supplies, and assisting with onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Further details will be provided in your interview

 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or Project Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Raken, Crunch) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • QuickBooks experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in construction excavation is a plus.
  • College education preferred (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Management with some accounting is a plus).
